Her face up is really nice. I do think her pose it a little unnatural though, it is mainly her right arm. It looks like her shoulder is pointing in front of her, and the angle is a little extreme. This could easily fix by having her arm come to the side, lower the arm a little, then correct her arm and wrist the face the right way.
